Since I am originally from Germany where especially the idea of a puppet buggy (German: Puppenwagen) is pretty common and where it has also even been developed to some extend, I will also explain what the developers say about it. And if they ask you to buy more utensils for their puppets you might explain that puppets do not need that many things. But encourage them to buy this later for their real children.
It might only be a puppet and most parents some parents might even feel a bit jealous and wonder why their child cares about the puppet much more than about themselves. But this behaviour is simply caused by the fact that from the viewpoint of a child the parents seem rather like heroes and thus they also seem to be able to look after themselves.
